You could do a nude public picture scavenger hunt. Almost all of these can be done without getting caught with some skill, planning and no bad luck. A few might not be possible (freeway overpass probably somebody is going to see you, but probably not be able to recognize you). Be careful of security cams:

Pic in a store changing room, with the door open.
In a grocery store aisle
In a car at a drive through.
Coming out of a house/apartment (careful not to show addresses)
Hotel hallway
On a neighborhood sidewalk
Freeway Overpass
Public Park
