I deserve punishment for my actions over the last few days and need you guys to help. Mouth washings, pee holding/bladder control or breast play, you describe and I will do it. Make me desperate and if you prefer make me a schedule...

From now on you should only be allowed to pee before breaskfast, after lunch and right before you go to bed.

You also need to drink plenty of water each hour.

And instead of wearing a normal bra you either need to start wearing a tac bra or use rubber bands to tie them up.

put the pant hanger clamps on your nipples and hang something heavy on them. You have to wear it for half an hour.

Thank you, today has already been a struggle just peeing, wonder how I'll go when I need to poo. I'm not incredible fit so its a workout for me.

After completion of Asteroth dare, I did this almost immediately as my nipples were already very sensitive. Have been trying to study and cannot think straight at all. Thank you for your punishment.

I've used rubber bands today due to not having any tacks at home. Will need to purchase tomorrow to create it. The rubber bands have made my tits already a shade of light purple and are very sensitive, though I keep taking them on and off to keep the circulation going. Thank you.

This was extremely painful, and I thank you. I used a heavy denim skirt but I could not last the 30 mins. At 15 minutes I had to take them off, my nipples stretched and aching for some care, I honestly couldn't last any longer.

You couldn't last longer because it's unsafe and can cause permanent damage if on for longer than 10-15 mins without adjusting. Especially tight ones..

Be careful with bladder control as drinking too much can cause harm, holding too long to cause a UTI!

do that for 7 days and mark down how many times you sweared each day
