Well, here are some things I thought of,

You can bind her upper arm and her wrists together and have some length between them, so her arms have to be bent but she can still be usefull.

During your stay, have her collect pebbles and make her draw a heart for you. Depending on how much you like it punish/reward her.

Bind her fingers together with tape (index finger with middle finger, ring finger with pinky) and see what happens when she has to do usual thing or dares.
