I do not 'get hard' wearing knickers, but I can see how the two things can be connected. In the right circumstances, yes, wearing knickers can make me hard. However, my reading suggests that this is not something that women find terribly attractive (and the responses here would support me on this) and nor do I find it arousing simply to wear them.

I do however find it more comfortable than boxers and infinitely better for my spirit. They are uplifting and feel more like... well, me.

Used to get me hard. But, for about 2 years now, panties have been the only underwear I own / wear. As long as the gusset is wide enough to handle the man bits, I find them way more comfortable than briefs. Sadly, hard to find thongs / G-strings that have a wide enough front... So, I don't have any more of those, though I did enjoy wearing them. So, now, it is just bikini cut.
