Go to a public park and tell a stranger woman/girl very politely that you're doing a punishment dare and if they can help you. If they say yes tell them that the dare is to be kicked in the balls. Don't leave a park untill a woman kicks you in the nuts.

If you still in scholl ask a girl, you have a crash on, to kick you in the balls. If she's hestitant tell her its for free and if she agrees you can tell her she can do it any time, but only 3 times a week. One kick at a time.

If you have a siter, tell her, that you have never been kicked in the balls and you were wandering how it feels. Tell her that the reason for HER, not someon else, doing it, is that you believe girls don't kick as hard as men and you will feel safer with her because she surely is weak and can't kick as hard as men.

I would like to mention that getting your balls kicked is seriously dangerous.

Also, walking up to strange girls asking to get kicked in the balls will likely get you arrested for harassment.

Even if it's a stranger, there's a decent potential of some weird reputation being built (if done enough times). This could happen especially if it's a small town, but especially in a school setting.
