Tom, you are to bind yourself with the longest rope (or multiple ropes). At least your sack needs to be tied, your dick, both of your upper thighs and the rope needs to go around your shoulders. Put some difficult knots in the beginning, in between and the end. Now put on some clothes and go the the forest.
Once there, find a good spot of your choosing. Go and strip naked and walk at least 40 paces out of the place you put your clothes. Now your are to untie yourself completely before you return towards your clothes. After completion, get dressed and get home.

My mailbox is in the door, so my mail gets in the hallway. and im home already, so both do not quite work within the 5 min timespan. im sorry. could you think of something else?
