I've used both TENS and violet wands. I have and enjoy a fairly extensive e-stim collection! In short, e-stim can be awesome, but also has its limitations/caveats. Once you get those out of the way, though, it can be a blast. For me, it tends to be an occasional treat to spice up sex rather than something I'm doing on a daily or weekly basis, but I very much enjoy my sessions when I do partake!

First, the caveats:
- It takes quite a bit a time, both as far as setup, setting the mood, and enjoying it. I've found rushing always leads to a disappointing session, and the most fulfilling I've had are when I give myself plenty of time to relax, explore, and enjoy.
- You can't expect e-stim to do all the work. You have to be horny, do things that turn you on (whether it's sexy thoughts, porn, etc.). It's not a turn-it-on and bam: forced orgasm experience, at least for me! (Once you're far enough in, you can force an orgasm by turning up the power, though it's slightly painful to do it this way lol).
- Safety has to be kept in mind. Most good equipment is pretty safe, but you still have to be careful to avoid areas above the waist and be mindful of how you handle electrodes as well as making sure surface area exposure of the electrodes is good (too small of a contact could cause a burn). As long as you're reasonably careful, I think it's pretty safe, but it's definitely something to be mindful of.
