Ok just to report back here. Got out of bed, took a shower and then put on some clothes and ofcourse no underwear. That felt interesting all day at work.

I have an update of the above post. I had lounge wear and a top on. The pants did not hide my exited cock but it soon went down.
A little history, I've been wearing diapers full time since November first, March 1st I was allowed to take them off.. Since then I have had to keep an eye on matters so that I don't wet my pants.
