i tried fitness but was interrupted midway thru to make a run to the store. i will make another attempt later with the penalty.

In order to show i am not completly inept, i completed the Easter task this morning in the shower. I used a shampoo bottle. I tried a few light smacks first to get the feel and then started in. The hits were hard enough to make my stomach hurt. The first one i smacked from undernearh into my body. made me concerned for ruptures..the rest i did from a partial squat and smacked them from the front like a punching bag so there was some bbounce.

it took me some time and i had to spend a good five minites afterward massaging my "eggs" while holding onto the wall.

Just for that, you (and only you) get an additional fitness task, to show you how not ok your fitness is.
Fitness for grainedor only:
Legs together, back to a wall, position yourself as if you were sitting, thighs horizontally, lower legs perpendicular to thighs. Hold this for 1 hour. If you can't, your fitness obviously is not Ok, which means you get denied another 3 days, or you can of course chicken out from this fitness dare and only get 1 additional day, but confess directly, that your fitness isn't ok, plus have the bad mark of not having done one fitness task in your signature forever...

If you do not have PM dares, create a blog post containing PM dares. At least three must relate to categories mentioned in this thread so far.

Send a sweet message of at least 50 words -AND- PM dares to as many gD users as you like. Ask for PM dares in return and link your blog post containing them.

You must at least receive dares from five different users in response, and complete them - all of which must be done within 48 hours. Add a day of denial per failed/missing dare. Please include the dares you were sent in your report.

Thank you Miss Knorke, i added my pm in my signature and i asked a lot of gD's users (about 15) and i receive pm dare from 8 gD's users.

I want to give a quick update on my training which is not going so well that far.
I failed the breeding task, I ate some chocolate yesterday.
I also failed to do the first GetDare task in time so I guess I'll add a day for that.
I completed the pleasure task and the rest I have yet to do
