I'm perfectly fine by myself. Not always the case, when i was in my late teens/early 20's i craved a partner and was very insecure on my own. But i've grown and learnt how to appreciate myself, so i'm ok not having someone else in my life at all times.

Definitely. Not just because i'm a Domme, but i'm fairly assertive in the real world. I know what i want and will make that happen.

Pragmatist/Realist. I take the world as it comes to me, good or bad. The cup is half full if you're filling it, half empty if you're drinking it.

I don't prescribe to mindfulness as it's often presented these days. I do think it's important to have a sense of self and to take moments of calm and relaxed focus. But mindfulness i see too often attributed to things like yoga which are not mindful, but are just relaxing. There's a diffence. Mindfulness is about that introspective focus and clarity.
I like yoga for stretching, flexibility and relaxing. If i want to be mindful i sit on the sofa and just let myself go. Yoga is too much focus on the movements, which to me isn't mindfulness.

5. Do you like to do stuff for the community? (I have the feeling that in UK people gets very involved in helping others, so I'm curious)

Don't confuse the UK with London! Ok that's not fair on London... No i don't do anything for my local community, but i don't live in an area that is like that. It's a bit businessy and everyone here is self sufficient and doesn't mix much.
