Stay in bed for 24h

This is a simple to explain dare, but is it easy to do? Just stay in bed for at least 24 hours. You may do a lazy sunday or something like that. The only rule is to not leave your bed for any reason, so prepare well. Have enough to eat and drink around you and think about the inability to use the toilet.
Feel free to add your own rules or modifications.
Please report how it went.

Sounds interesting, but currently I'm unable to do this.
I have done eight hours in bed, with 3 diapers and still soaked the sheets
