This is true. You can lose weight at up to about a pound aa week if you work at it, but your body adjusts to its new size only at about a pound per month. So when you do get to a weight you like, remember to keep on it with activity and exercise, and input control, for a good while afterward.

Have you considered logging your meals here too? What are you actually doing to lose weight? (i.e. cutting calories [by how much?], specific diet, exercise etc)
