Why getdare changed its age policy? - Page 2

Depp had to make it 18+ or he was going to lose the site, and get into alot of trouble. it is why a few "unmoderated" porn sites needed to start banning it's content. because even if you host said material you could be liable to all kinds of charges that could ruin ones online and offline life. if you get on the sex registry that is FOR LIFE.

Age used to be 13+

We went 18+ on 20th May 2011

getDare no longer allows users under 18 to register. Users from before this policy change who are not quite 18 must refrain from posting or participating in areas with adult content. Intentional violations that are reported to us may lead in post deletion or account loss.

Therefore technically all members should now be 17+ (18 on 20th May 2016)

Sorry i can't divulge info on the reasoning. - very long story and some is confidential.
