You should start slowly instead of going all in from the start. Better do shorter sessions, my advice, and enjoy the time, than overdoing it from the start.

My suggestion to new ones: start with prime numbers:
1 (yes, not a prime) day
2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23 ... this will get tough pretty quickly, but won’t be too bad from the start...
