Email Slave

So I'm going to try this again. I'm not horribly receptive to hypnosis but am somewhat, and possibly more if I listen to a file over a longer period. Anyway, this file is one I found on warpmymind site and these are the suggestions:

If I receive an email with the subject line "This is your new hypnofile", I must do whatever the text tells me to do. If a command says "MUST DO", I will forget that I read the email, but do it anyway.

... Unfortunately, hypnosis doesn't quite work that way. Or hasn't throughout recorded history.

works for some.. so you're saying everyone on that site is wasting their time?

Post-hypnotic suggestion will not make people able to make you do things you would not do otherwise. And if people could be made to simply forget things, all therapists would be hypnotists.

ok, so the "forget" part doesnt work for me but hypnosis does make you more suggestable to doing things than if you were just simply told to do them
