Next friday, you could try this:
In the morning, insert your small vibrator and switch it on, on a low/medium setting. It should keep you aroused all time, but not enough to make you cum (and must let you do your job, of course...).

Out of your 8 hour work day, make sure that the toy is on for 15 minutes. not consecutively, but on and off, through the day. Should be easily doable, while keeping you aroused a little all day.
