Between now and your shower time you will drink another 4 litres of water.
do what you were doing before but no going to the loo

2 hours later
before you get in the shower orgasm/ejaculate into a cup

Drink the cup empty
then pour the bucket over your head
Then shower

Do be careful with this dare. It can be dangerous. I know of 2 that died from drinking too much and others that have got very sick. The problem is that your body has a certain balance of trace elements in it and too much water dilutes them to the point where you can collapse. Then you have to be hospitalized and slowly have your levels of electrolytes brought back into balance. Different people seem to respond differently. You may be one of the unlucky ones. If you do a drinking dare like this, don't do it alone in the house. If you collapse, you may be dead before you are found. Sorry to be morbid, but I am being serious. Normal consumption is 2 to 3 liters a day, over 3 is too much unless you are in a very hot climate.

You can actually drown from drinking too much water. It goes into the lungs from the blood and prevents gas exchange. Better to save up the pee over a longer period of time. That makes it more concentrated and smelly, too.

uh... dont consume too much liquids in too short a time, even water can thin your blood out enough to kill you

You're supposed to drink about half your body weight in ounces. Assuming you measure in pounds.

I try to have a gallon a day. I've gone up to more though. One of my friends drinks two.
