Keep the Tempo - A Penetration Challenge

This challenge is a test of your self control. Can you maintain a steady tempo, without speeing up or slowing down, for a set length of time....no matter how it feels?

Preperation
For this task you need:

1. A timer, such as the clock or stopwatch on your phone.

2. A metronome. You can find plenty of free metronome apps for your phone/tablet, or you can use this one: http://a.bestmetronome.com/

3. Your favorite penetration toy (of course, fingers work too).

4. (optional) dice.

The Task

(Optional: Get "warmed up" by playing with yourself however you like)

1. Set the metronome to a speed and turn it on.

2. Set the timer for a period of time and start it.

3. Penetrate yourself at EXACTLY that speed for the defined amount of time. No slower, no faster, no stopping--even if you orgasm, you have to keep going at just that speed until time is up. Each tick is a FULL thrust in and out. You are not allowed to stimulate yourself in any other way. For girls, no playing with your clit or nipples. For guys, no touching your dick. Focus on the penetration only.

Choosing the speed and the amount of time

1. If you're nervous about trying this, you may pick any speed and time you like.

2. A more exiting option is to message someone on GD or in chat and ask them to choose a speed and time for you.

3. Or you could add a random element by rolling dice

Die one:
1-2: 70 BPM
3-4: 160 BPM
5-6: 210 BPM

Die two: Multiply by two--that's the number of minutes you have to go.

Some thoughts on tempos

--70 BPM is a test of self control. You'll want to go faster, but you'll have to hold back.

--160 BPM is a nice, fun tempo for any amount of time.

--250 BPM and higher is INTENSE, and likely exhausting. Can you do it without slowing down?

Conclusion

If you try this task, post a report on this thread. Include the speed(s) you went, the amount of time, and how well you were able to maintain the tempo without speeding or slowing.
