Todd put his thumb in his mouth. Todd sucked his thumb like a baby for about a minute, before removing his thumb from his mouth and asked Jake, "Your turn, do you want a truth or a dare?".

(no matter who winss, both Todd and Jake will mess there diapers.. After the loser messes himself the winner will start heading to the bathroom, but get stopped by the loser, causing him to mess his diaper, or the winner will just be unable to reach the toilet before he messes his diaper.)
