Fully naked

Nobody has seen me before

I do yes, but only in safe settings

#4 If it was legal to be naked in public, how often would you wear clothes?
I'd probably save the clothes for bad weather or specific activities, otherwise, rarely.

No I haven't.

No, not so far anyway.
