For the next 5 days you can only orgasm once and that is on day 5. For teh first 4 days you must edge once a day between either 6am and 7am or 6pm and 7pm. On day 1 you must edge for 5 minutes. This increases by 2 minutes each day so by day 4 that is 11 minutes. You must wear the same underwear all 5 days. On day 5 you may orgasm but only after edging for 13 minutes.
