What kind of time do you have before these exams? What are the courses? High school?

It has been over 40 yreas for me and I am male, but I have some understanding of your situation. At that time I had no idea that women had this kind of difficulty. The free flow of information n the net solved that.

Before I have the anewers to the above questions I can still give some advice. I tried buying masturbation time with intense study time. I gave myself a certain amount of time (one to three hours) to complete study (reading with highlighting, homework problems, writing reports / drafts). If I did the goal in time I awarded myself time to masturbate or banked the time to devote to a member of the opposite sex. This did not work very well. I would advise against it.

If you are a morning person try to go to sleep early, masturbate (or have intercourse if a partner is available)
Just before sleep. Rise quickly, go over your schedule for the day before breakfast, try to fill any time gap with some kind of study. Through the day make notes on the topics you intend to work on over the next few days. After your evening meal make your (study) schedule for the next day. Study until about 30 minutes before your sexual excersize time.

If you are a night person, shift the sexual excersize time to the morning. The 30 minute leisure time still remains in the evening before sleep. If you have really worked or are sleep deprived you will likely drift off early (this is good).

Are you familiar with the practice of meditation? If you become hood at it (with practice) 20 minutes or so of meditation can replace 2 hours of sleep each day. But, I would not use it as an every day practice. The positive effects do diminish often subtly, little warning when it wears off.

Don't rely on cramming. It may work with one exam. But you can't cram for them all. So it is better to not schedule your study with that in mind. Use it only as a last resort.

For math and science courses make a good effort to do the homework for the topic BEFORE the lecture of the topic. This way you know where you have difficulty and can ask the instructor the really hard questions. Otherwise, you get marks off and he/she did not do the job that should have been done. This may work with the humanities, but you are not often given the homework ahead of time. So ask. You are paying this person to teach you. Make the best use.

Don't by afraid to ask questions in class. If another student openly scoffs at your asking, then direct questions at them and let the teacher correct their mistakes.

You likely wanted some edgy sexual fantasies to ponder in order to quench the burning lust. There is no quick fix, no magic bullet, no magic pill you can take, no pornography you can read / listen / watch , that will quench the blaze for very long. The steps above, and what I may be able to add later, may give you the extra time and energy to fight and better control the flames.

Try to keep calm. Don't panic
