I propose you this: whatever your rules are to dress while you're in the flat, you should edge yourself at least once in each of your flatmates' room while
they are in the flat.
For instance, if one of them goes to the bathroom, say, showering, he will not necessarily locks his door. Can you use that time to edge in his room?
Maybe you can even leave a discreet trace of your passage there? Optional of course.
