you'll be drinking 3 litres of water over 24 hours... make sure not to drink more the a litre at a time though, stay safe. my recommendation is to wake up early and drink a litre then drink another at lunch then the final one late at night. the extra challange is you'll have to earn your bathroom breaks! edge 5 times before you pee. if you cum or pee early thats 15 rubberband snaps.
