1) Hold ice on nipples for 5 minutes
2) then attach nipple clamps for a futher 8 minutes if you don't have nipple clamps then clothes pegs for 10 minutes
3) Rotate clamps 90 degrees and hold for 3min, then rotate 90degrees in the other direction for another 3 min
