For your comfort you are allowed to choose your position in which you will be tied, but both your feet and hands must be bound.

Luckily I sleep alone, have been tied at the ankles, and wrists as required, still able to hobble the dungeons though, not as free to wander the dungeons but hobbled is okay, but if not bound the dungeons would be so much more fun to explore more of...free here soon perhaps? Which would be quite a treat!
