I am waiting with baited breath to see whether you can keep this going in the current track or will you once again succumb to the siren call of sleazy easy writing. My suggestion to stay focused is take some time and figure out where you want the story to end. Then work backwards filling in dares and similar activities that naturally lead to your chose ending. You may even find that a little humiliation/slavery/BDSM/whatever is appropriate but only in the context of a dare.
Keep everything within the context of a dare and exercise sufficient intellectual integrity as to allow your characters to react to each dare as s/he most likely would. You can overcome the problems that plagued the original version of this story. Many of us are counting on you to do so.
