Gym Workout.

Starting at the chsnging room. Strip down completly. Put on a pair of gray Yoga pants. Pull them up properly and make shure to finess the pant inbetween your lippps for the best Look. Next tske a thight gray or white top and put it on.

Start your gym Session with cardio on the bike.
Than do your normal Workout and forgett what your wearing.

At the end find a big mirour and look at your body and physike. Now go take a nice hot shower in your clothes.

Dry them of as best as possible on your body before leaving the shower room to change
