You didn't had to keep it in till the end, but if you pee before the time is up, then you still have to be bound for the remaining time.
But I don't think you did that, so as for a punishment, make a thread in the
"Request TORD Online" section that you failed this dare and need a punishment.
The more you do dares like these, the longer you'll get used to the 'full' feeling.
