Try this, if it works I have more.
I think that you should start small. A pen or pencil, perhaps. Wear a short skirt with no panties. You must keep the pen inside you as you go about your day. If it falls out or you need to remove it, you will need to replace it with two pens. Keep adding a pen for every one lost. Please let me know how it goes.
