Sounds like an interesting idea. It would be something I may like to try at some point but I don't think I could do it without someone there watching over me to keep me in line.
I think doing this would just get really boring after a while. Have you done it and got really bored? Could you do anything else that was not on the list?
I think it might be much more interesting if there was some sort of prolonged sexual activity and not doing it until after a couple of weeks of denial. What kind of sexual things would you put on the list?
