Ok firstly I don't condone smoking. HOWEVER I am a smoker and thus so thought of a decent idea. Well I think it's ok :P

So this can work for guys, girls, people everywhere . Now this can be a form of reward or punishment depending on what you do. You take your slaves cigarettes and you stick ONLY the filter in your or their pussy. This should cover it in cum and every time they smoke they should taste or at least know that with each drag they can taste you/themselves. You can also use their ass, hot sauce etc. etc. etc. almost as a detturent against smoking/punishment. The thought of smoking cum covered cigarettes in public in front of friends personally is a pretty cool safe public thing to do . I say again I don't want anyone starting to smoke due to this idea.
