Get two ziploc bags, fill one with cold baked beans, and the other with pudding. Put one bag down your crotch, and the other in the back. Now put on either a pair of whitey tighties, or bikini panties and give yourself a squeaky clean wedgie until both bags open in your underwear. run around your house for 10 minutes without picking the wedgie.
Limits: public, anything lasting more than a half hour, anything that will intentionally break my underwear, hanging (sorry I just don't really have anywhere to do it)
