Personally, I do not, being uncut allows you to keep a lot of the sensitivity in the head of your dick, but when they remove the foreskin you lose some of that.
If you decide that you still want to get it done, it's much easier to lose a foreskin than to grow one back. So if you don't like the change, you're kinda SOL.
On the plus side, most ladies (from what I hear) think it looks more attractive, and it's marginally easier to keep clean.
