Sorry for the late reply, both my slave and I have been a little busy.
We talked about your task and while we really like it, there are some problems with. Sleeping and waking up is something Yelena struggles with - yes, there are alarm clocks for deaf people (usually based on vibrations or intense light), but unfortunately we haven't found one yet that works reliable for her. On top of that, it would probably mess up her already fragile sleep pattern and she might take a few days to recover from it.
She's a good girl and really wants to do it, but we have to figure out a way to either modify it or pick a time when it is possible for her. Will get back to you on it.

That aside - yes, she sleeps naked, and I really love the idea of her having to use the shirt that serves as a pillow to wipe her pussy. Just lovely!
Also, for the "saying out loud"-part - for tasks like that, I always make her say the things in sign language, which has the same effect on her as saying things out loud has for a hearing person. ;-)
