No offense but you eat a lot of garbage. Eat more quality carbs, including fresh fruits and vegetables which I've noticed you don't really do. It looks like you don't eat a lot of food either, but the foods you do eat are high in calories and low in nutrients.
Mostly I'd say lose the daily pizza, tacos, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, gold fish, and French fries. These are most likely the reason you've only lost 4 lbs since Nov.
Again I mean no offense, I know it's hard to lose weight.
