i smoke cigs. ive nearly quit so many times though but it always gets worse i smoked weed for 2 and a half years didnt miss a day then i just woke up one day and quit. after that cigs went up to 20 a day a year later i tried to quit and came down to 3 a day but fucked up again and went to 15 another year and half later i tried to quit went down to 5 a day and now im back up to 15, FML!
