Both ears, with hoops or studs, depending on my mood
I had both nipples pierced, but they closed during a medical procedure and I haven’t had them redone yet. I wore captive ball rings in them until they healed, then had an assortment of nipple traps and shields. And, hell yes they got played with. I had wood for 45min when I had them done, and walked around in almost constant arousal. I still love my nipples played with, tugged, pinched, and otherwise “abused”.
