Take 5 Sharpies or 8 regular sized bic pens and tape them together, then take 2 pieces of paper and keep folding them til they're strips about half an inch wide, then wrap the base of the pens with the first strip, tape it on, then wrap the second strip and tape it on. It should now be wider at the base of the pens than the insertable part, you've just made a homemade butt plug.
Now for the dare.

Third die - Home Dare
1 - Thrust it in and out 500 times
2 - Exercise (20 pushups, 50 situps, 50 jumping jacks)
3 - Add 3 ice cubes every time the clock hits x:30 and you're at home
4 - 100 thrusts on every x:30
5 - Bring yourself to the edge with the plug alone (if unable to after 20 minutes you may stimulate yourself other ways while thrusting the plug til you edge)
6 - All 5 Home dares
Fourth die - Public Dare
1,4 - Half mile jog
2 - Go to the store and stay for at least 20 minutes, if unable to then roll for two more home dares
3,5 - Go to the park and climb a tree as high as you can safely
6 - Re-roll twice, if a 6 again then do all three, if you roll the same dare twice then do it twice
Fifth die - Punishment (If unable to do any step of this dare you must roll this die, if you fail multiple parts you roll multiple times)
1 - 100 spankings with a hairbrush or wooden spoon to each cheek
2 - No cumming for 3 days, edge twice a day
3 - No hot water for showers for 3 times you shower, and you must remain in the shower for ten minutes, no cheating out of punishments
4 - Sleep on the floor with no clothes or blankets, only a pillow, for one night
5 - Hand write "I will complete all dares given to me" 200 times on a paper
6 - Do all punishments,
If you are required to take multiple punishments and roll the same you do them multiple times, for the days you will add them together so if you roll 2 twice it makes it 6 days. If you roll 6 you do all 5 punishments multiple times, I feel sorry for you if this happens.
