Hi,

I chose option C. I've not done a lot of rope bondage before, so it's not very creative. But I tried to make it pretty

Just legs and hands tied, with rope connecting hands and legs together. A panty-gag, with rope keeping it securely inside my mouth

Oh, and I decided to crossdress. Hope that is ok
