3 days of diaper time for you.
You should prepare all of the diapers that you need for this time, in advance, and on each - write the name of a woman in your life on the front with a marker. Whenever you wet your diaper, you should verbally thank that person (obviously don't say it to them, just say it out loud in private).
You can only change out of that diaper once you've either:
1) Complimented them once in public (ie. replied to a social media post or said something to them in-person).
or
2) Have written 200 words about how much you appreciate that person. Note that for every diaper, the word count increases by 75 words, so this is going to get really difficult if you never bother with Option 1.
