This one should be perfectly safe too do if not extremely tedious and embarrasing.
First things first put on a skirt and your favorite underwear then go to your favorite store. somewhere your GUARANTEED to be seen.
Next before you enter the store pull your underwear down to your ankles. Do your shopping then wait until after your out of the store to pull them back up.

This seems rather extreme. And will definately humiliate and embarrass you but technically your doing nothing wrong. Its not indecent exposure but every one there will know exactly what your doing.
Also since the underwears around your ankles it forces you to take shorter steps than you would usually.
This is the wrong secrion, if someone would move it that would be great
