1. In every room where you have a pc or TV you need to turn on Porn. You should be sourrunded by the sounds as much as possible. No other type of music, shows, films and so on allowed.
2. Eat at least 2 yoghurts over the weekend, but instead of a spoon use one of your toys.
3. No chairs allowed. If you want to sit down, kneel/sit on the floor.
