On average I'll just naturally leave a trail of tabs behind of past searches that I don't really need to have open. About five or six, with two that I'm actively using.

There's also times, like the times on gD, where I'll have several pages open that I wish to interact with or read sooner or later. Those typically go up to seven to twelve tabs at a time.

This is in stark contrast when looking at porn images during personal times, where I'll have roughly thirty tabs open at a given time, with the rare exception of having nearly two-hundred tabs open (when reading and saving long porn comics.) The latter has a risk of crashing the browser though, so I tend not to do it.
