If you take fully cold showers for 2 of the remaining days of the shower instruction, then you may have 7 days reduction IFF you make the first and last minutes cold for as long as you are denied. You can think about whether you want to do it or not. Lol.

Increased to 7 days reduction if you do this task from post 67. But you must choose and start in the next 72 hours to get this.
