Not a movie, but the six part miniseries Pride and Prejudice (the one from 1995) was really good and very romantic! I watched it recently and was pleasantly surprised.
I'm a sucker for One Fine Day, with George Clooney and Michelle Pfeiffer. Just... very romantic and fun!
Less 'chick flick'-y, but also very romantic is the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Bittersweet though! And not at all your typical romance movie.
