As mentioned in some comments there are many health risks I this dare.

A hanging wedgie for anything longer can cause you to lose your legs and possibly kill you. Anyone who works at heights knows this because you have less then 20 minutes to get a guy down if he is hanging from his harness connected to a rope.

Secondly, when it comes to cbt, you should all be very knowledgeable before getting involved in such a thing. There are more nerves, veins and gland in the male genitalia then there is the rest of the body. The underneath if an erect penis should never be hit as castration may be the only solution to the damage that could be caused.

I would recommend to the author or moderator to remove or edit this but at least, in big bold letters at the top saying CAUTION, POSSIBLE SERIOUS INJURY COULD OCCUR, EVEN DEATH IF YOU DO NOT RESEARCH THIS HEAVILY FIRST.

People there are some seriously harmful things in here so everyone needs to research before exploring cbt. Both the giver and the receiver.
