Punish my hands if you can.....
Provide painful, nonsexual punishments for me targeting the hands only, anywhere from shoulders to arms to fingers and palms.
Like to get them especially from females, but guys can also post.
Must be doable by myself (example, I can strike my hands w a ruler hard enough that by 3 strokes I wince).
Novel punishments (better than ruler on hands) are highly sought. Please be as clear as possible and provide sufficient details.
Limits: no bleeding, branding, sharp objects, or other such extreme punishments, but feel free to make me cry !!
