Just did some research on vBulletin manual. I may be wrong because it was really quick, but it seems the version getDare uses does not have many options for the report system. I don't know if the mods have the permission to do that, I think it needs to be an admin, but maybe you guys could temporarily disable the report system while the issue with the bots is still up?
