I agree with RST here. Try a suction cup dildo or a strap on harness tied to the seat instead. Either way, it's a fun sounding idea and I wish I could try it.
I did see a Japanese porn once where they cut a hole in the seat and attached a dildo to an additional gear under the seat, ran a chain to the gear, and it made the dildo pump up and down with the speed of the cycling. So clever!
